MIS-MUN 2024

MIS-MUN 24, Meru International School’s Model United Nations (MUN) hosted from June 28th to 30th, brought together students from various schools to discuss global issues and promote diversity and inclusivity. The opening ceremony featured inspiring speeches from the Principal and the school’s Founder, Ms. Meghana Gorukanti Jupally, emphasizing diplomacy and critical thinking. The chief guest, Mr. Gareth Wynn Owen, British Deputy High Commissioner, shared his wisdom on international relations, urging delegates to aim high. Over 300 students from 40 schools participated in committees like UNHRC and WHO, aiming to propose solutions to global challenges. MISMUN 24 aimed at fostering diplomacy and leadership skills among future leaders.
