MERU TRAFFIC AWARENESS PROGRAM
Road safety is not just about following rules, but a shared responsibility among pedestrians, cyclists, motorists, and passengers. Each year, countless lives are lost or affected by road incidents that could be prevented with vigilance, planning, and responsible behaviour.
A session on Traffic Awareness was conducted by Mr. Keshav Bhandari, Manager of the Traffic Forum at SCSC, along with Mr. S. Venkatesh and Mr. Raghavendra, Police Officers from the Traffic Training Institute. They engaged with the children, focusing on ways to improve traffic systems, promote safer practices, and create secure and efficient roadways. By learning from these experts and exploring practical solutions, the session aimed to raise awareness and drive positive changes in road safety and traffic governance
