Mystery Readers

Meru International School brought the joy of storytelling alive through its delightful Mystery Readers initiative for our EY2 and EY3 students. In this heartwarming activity, parents were invited as surprise guest readers to the classroom. Their storytelling sessions were filled with drama, laughter, and imagination, creating an air of excitement as children eagerly guessed who the “mystery reader” would be each time.

From classic tales to creative adventures, each session was uniquely engaging— with parents not only narrating stories but also conducting fun, story-related activities that sparked creativity, conversations, and connections.

Mystery Readers celebrated the powerful role of families in a child’s learning journey and reinforced Meru’s commitment to building a strong school-home partnership that nurtures a love for language, imagination, and joyful learning
