Meru Fit Family Run held at Meru International School Tellapur featured enthusiastic and excited participation in its 1k, 3k, and 5k categories. The Run received an overwhelming response, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in this event dedicated to promoting fitness not just for individuals but for the entire family.Â
Our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Pavan Kumar, the Traffic Circle Inspector (Tellapur), who graced the occasion as our chief guest and ceremoniously flagged off the run. It was an honor to have Mr. Kumar contribute to the event’s success and encourage the spirit of fitness within the community. We would like to express our sincere thanks to our generous sponsors, My Home Constructions, Akshayakalpa, Golds Gym, Muzigal, TV9, 10 TV, and Yashoda Hospitals, whose support played a pivotal role in making the event a resounding success.
The resounding triumph of this year’s Merutsav was truly remarkable, drawing an astounding registration count of 5500 participants. The event encompassed an impressive array of 85 competitions, setting the stage for a riveting showcase of talent and skill. With a remarkable participation of 65 schools, Merutsav’s allure extended far and wide. Under the resonant theme of “G20 summit – One Earth, One family, One future” or Vasudeiva Kudumbakham, the essence of unity and global harmony was skillfully woven into the fabric of most games. This creative integration added an intriguing and refreshing dimension to each competition, infusing them with an element of interest and uniqueness.

We believe in achieving success through identifying strengths, nourishing them and reaching out to excel. The Meru education system is such where strong values are fostered and taught. Thanks to the pandemic, we conducted a first-of-its-kind Investiture Ceremony for students of classes IV-IX to elect our school captains & prefects.
The selection process is very rigorous and highly selective. Students have to go through a 5-stage selection process to be selected as a member of the student council.
The school council is inducted by highly respected delegates such as officers from the armed forces and civil services. The Investiture Ceremony is an event that the entire school looks up to and is extremely proud of.Â
